Permanent Jewelry Policies
Thank you so much for your interest in my deluxe permanent jewelry experience. Please find information about my policies and procedures below.
What to expect:
During your experience you will select a chain, any extra bling and your preferred placement - ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE CHAIN HAS BEEN CUT!!
Using a special machine and minimal spark, your jewelry will be welded together with a tiny jump ring for a claspless keepsake.
Waiver: In order to protect both the customer and the permanent jewelry artist during and after the process, an official waiver outlining your acknowledgement and risk liability consent.
You can preview it here
Quality Assurance:
Durable but NOT indestructible, only the highest quality metals are selected for your experience, so tarnishing should not be a problem. You the customer are responsible for relaying any known allergies to specific metals and are encouraged to choose wisely. You are also responsible for the proper aftercare which will be relayed to you at the time of your appointment.
In the event that your jewelry breaks or you need to cut it off for any reason, please note the following:
I am happy to reweld or attempt to repair your jewelry for free if you contact me within 30 days of it breaking and it's still in tact.
If you lose your chain, I am not responsible and will not be able to replace your jewelry.
Things to keep in mind:
- You are at your own risk
- Your satisfaction is my #1 priority
- Chains may stretch slightly over time
- You are encouraged to mix, match and stack a variety of metals for a more luxurious look
- Delicate chains are not recommended for anklets
- Clasps are available for $10 should you choose to skip the permanence
- Everyone's PH level is different and tarnishing may still occur depending on your body
- The time of your appointment varies by a variety of factors including but not limited to the chain selection, difficulty of placement or length, any unexpected difficulties with the artist or the machine used.
